Our Cafe

We believe in providing our guests with exceptional hospitality. We welcome you into Java & Clay as we welcome our friends  into our own living room. We offer a walk-up coffee shop, or if you're here painting pottery, we offer table-side service. You're welcome to sip wine or enjoy a cold beer in the coffee lounge or patio while you paint pottery or kick back and relax.

 

Our Coffee

We proudly serve Caffè Umbria coffee, a local Seattle roaster. This excellent Italian-style espresso blend produces a thick golden crema and a rich, distinctly Italian flavor profile. The blending of Brazilian and Central American beans gives our Gusto Crema coffee a fragrant aroma and sweet finish.

 

The Caffè Umbria family's roots in roasting go back to the 1940's, when Ornello Bizzarri built his roastery in Perugia, Italy. The Arco Etrusco in their logo is a landmark of the Umbrian city. Caffè Umbria captures the true essence of Italian style espresso and coffee.
